Nutri-Score is a nutrition label that converts the nutritional value of products into a simple code consisting of five letters, each with its own colour. Each product is awarded a score based on a scientific algorithm.

The Nutri-Score takes into account the nutrients to favor (fiber, proteins, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts) and nutrients to limit (energy, saturated fatty acids, sugars, salt). The balance of these elements determines the Nutri-Score of a product.
